Beewise POS — Linkly Cloud Pairing Guide

   Prerequisites

  •   - A Linkly Cloud account (provided by your payment terminal supplier)
  •   - Your Linkly Cloud Username, Password, and a Pair Code (generated from the Linkly Cloud portal)
  •   - Admin access to your Magento 2 backend

   Step 1: Obtain a Pair Code

  • Typeing Func 8880 on your terminal and generate a new Pair Code
  • Note down the pair code — it is single-use and expires after a short time

   Step 2: Enter Credentials in Beewise POS

  1. In your Magento Admin, go to Stores → Configuration → Beewise → Beewise Point Of Sale
  2. Expand the Card payment method section
  3. Set Enable Linkly Cloud to Yes
  4. Choose Sandbox (for testing) or No (for production)
  5. Enter your Linkly Username, Password, and Pair Code
  6. Click Save Config

  Step 3: Pair

  •   After saving, click the "Pair with Terminal" button
  •   Wait for the confirmation message: "Pairing successful."
  •   The secret is now securely stored — you do not need to pair again unless you reset your terminal

 Step 4: Test a Transaction

  • Open the Beewise POS from the admin menu
  • Add a product to the cart and proceed to checkout
  • Select Card as the payment method
  • The payment terminal should activate and prompt for card tap/insert

  Troubleshooting

  • "No secret configured": Click Save Config before clicking Pair
  • "Pairing failed": Verify credentials and generate a fresh pair code (they expire quickly)
  • Terminal not responding: Check that the terminal is powered on and connected to the internet
