With the table stand, you have the opportunity to easily and quickly adjust the height of your filling machine if you are filling jars at different heights.

The stand is made of strong stainless steel and it has a jar guide in plastic, which you can hold the jar against, so it is centred exactly under the nozzle. The jar guide can also be adjusted back and forth depending on the diameter of your jar.

You can adjust the stand to 13 different heights at 0.5 cm intervals.

The stand can be used for jars that has a complete height between 3.5 cm and 23.5 cm. It measures 37 x 32 x 41 cm and weighs 4.6 kg.

Complete Filling station Ø70

This cost-effective filling station, where the DANA api MATIC 1000 filling machine and an automatic filling table are combined into one unit.

Fillingstation Ø70 with DANA api MATIC 2000+

Complete filling station, where the DANA api MATIC 2000+ and an automatic filling table (70 cm) are combined into one unit.
Empty jars are placed on the table top and then transported automatically to a . Once the wire switch hits the jar, the table stops and the filling machine starts filling the jar. Once the jar is filled the table starts turning again until the next jar arrives  the wire switch. The rail is very easy to adjust to different jars sizes.

In this unit, the filling machine is mounted on wheels and can be adjusted both horizontally and vertically to accommodate various jar sizes.
With this station you can easily fill around 800 jars (500g) per hour. Many different jar sizes can be filled with this setup.

This product needs to be assembled before use.
An assembly manual is included, and assembly typically takes about 30 minutes.

Complete Filling Station

A PRO semi-automatic filling station, where the DANA api MATIC 2000 filling machine and an automatic filling table are combined into one unit.

This filling station has been constructed for an optimised workflow. This fillingstation comes with an integrated liddispenser and lidfitter.

With this station you will be able to fill up to 610kg/880LB of honey per hour into containers starting from 10g/0,5oz to indefinite (realistically 1-2kg/2.2-4.4LB - as much as this reinforced table can carry). The filling precision is +/-1g.

The attached side surfaces make it possible to put more glasses ready for bottling. One or 2 employees can easily perform the entire filling process in one.

At the Apimondia trade fair in Ljubljana, the Swienty lidfitter was awarded a silver medal for its technical innovation. It is very easy to use. You take a filled glass, put the lid on. The handle is pressed down and the lid is screwed onto the glass. The torque can be set between 0-10 nm.

The lid dispenser is placed close at hand to make the work process as convenient and efficient as possible. The dispenser can either be filled with the lid while it sits on the ProStation or you can easily lift it off and fill it with lids (Without the use of tools)

The filling station consists of a DANA Api MATIC 2000+ filling machine and an automatic turntable.

The table consists of a stainless-steel table top with a railing that divides the table into two sections: a feeding and a collection zone.
