Before choosing an oxalic acid sublimator, check the batteries in your shed. You pick an adaptor for DeWalt XR, Makita LXT or Milwaukee M18 packs (battery not supplied), swappable if you change brands. A 5Ah battery gives roughly 50 cold starts or 60 warm starts, and packs as small as 2Ah still work. Three copper diffuser tubes come with each unit: the S-shaped tube treats through the entrance, the 90° tube goes in via the feeder hole, and the straight tube suits a hole drilled in the back of the hive or an inverted inner cover.

Oxalic acid Crystals/Powder is a colourless crystalline organic solid compound assaying at 99.8% purity has multiple uses.
Mineral contamination of water frequently causes a buildup of scale that restricts water flow and production, clogging pumps and pipes. High purity Oxalic acid can be used as a scale, rust and calcium remover in such sitiations.
Other applications include: dying processes, for making cleaning liquids, for electrical instruments, for deposition and separation of rare-earth metals, water treatment, bleaching, especially for pulpwood, cleaning and restoration timber.

The Sprint system features an adjustable spring-loaded plunger that lets you select the desired dose from 1 to 4 grams by simply turning a knob. The process is simple and fast:
- Extract the plunger
- Pick up the oxalic acid
- Insert it into the chamber and press the knob
Sublimation starts immediately. With a 2g dose, the cycle can be repeated every 50 seconds.
NOTE: this model is not compatible with the Smart Valve.
Fast Heating and Status LED
The vaporiser reaches operating temperature in just 3–4 minutes. A status LED clearly indicates:
- Target temperature reached
- Sublimation in progress
- Heating phase
An integrated system protects the battery from deep discharge. It automatically shuts down the device when the charge is too low, preserving battery life.

The MINI Cordless Sprint includes three high-strength copper diffuser tubes, easily swappable depending on the hive type:
- S-shaped tube: treatment through the hive entrance
- 90° curved tube: top treatment via feeder hole
- Straight tube: rear treatment through the hive back or inverted inner cover

Although this version does not have a display, the temperature control system is highly accurate. It uses a platinum temperature sensor integrated into the boiler. The temperature is factory preset to optimal levels and cannot be changed by the user.
The system is entirely designed and manufactured in Italy with high-quality components specifically for oxalic acid vaporisers. Operation is very simple: just insert the battery to turn on the device. A red/green LED indicates the device status (heating, ready, in sublimation, battery status, and other info detailed in the manual).
Temperature control is extremely precise: overheating is limited to just 2–3°C above the preset value. This makes the Oxalika MINI Cordless vaporiser extremely reliable even in changing environmental conditions.
Powerful 600W Heating System
The most powerful and fastest model in the Oxalika range.
The Oxalika PRO Power is a 600W professional oxalic acid sublimator built for commercial beekeepers and large apiaries.
With digital temperature control it reaches operating temperature in about 2.5 minutes, sublimates 10 grams of oxalic acid in 60 seconds, and delivers a 2-gram dose in about 12 seconds.

This PRO Smart model incorporates the Sprint's Spring Plunger PLUS a Smart Valve): It is the easiest to use and best performing model. The Spring Plunger remains cold; you use it only to insert the dose on the appropriate cavity located at the top of the Smart valve. This can be done during sublimation, thus without losing time between sublimations.
The PRO Smart imodel has a rapid dosing system consisting of an adjustable spring plunger. The adjustment allows the dose to be set from 1 to 4 grams by simply turning the knob.
Battery protection: Both models have a built-in system that turns off the sublimator when it detects that the battery is low by protecting it from overdischarge (an overdischarged battery cannot be recharged and becomes unusable). An indicator light will indicate the status of the battery: it will be lit green if the battery is charged and will turn red when the battery is almost completely discharged and the device is about to turn off.

Interchangeable tube: in just a few steps you can replace the diffuser tube, choosing the one that best suits your treatment. With the “S” curved tube you will be able to easily deal from the flight hatch. Instead, with the 90-degree curved tube you will be able to treat from above using the hole for the feeder. With the straight tube you can treat the hives by drilling a hole in the back side of the hive or the back side of the inverted inner cover. The tubes are made of high-strength copper and are all included with the sublimator.
Anchor bracket: the anchor bracket is included and improves the stability of the sublimator in treatments from the flight opening.
Anticorodal aluminium boiler with internally accessible and unobstructed sublimation chamber (patent pending).
Aluminium ensures more even temperature distribution without the formation of “hot spots” and “cold spots.” The accessible sublimation chamber allows for thorough cleaning necessary to keep the sublimator efficient after many uses.

SPRINT model (with spring plunger): this model has a rapid dosing system consisting of an adjustable spring plunger. The adjustment allows the dose to be set from 1 to 4 grams by simply turning the knob.
At the end of the treatment, the plunger is pulled out, pressed onto the oxalic acid powder and inserted into the seat, and the knob is pressed on. The acid falls off and sublimation begins. If you treat with 2 grams of oxalic acid, after 25 seconds you repeat the cycle.
