The 60-frame electric line is the turnkey option: a pneumatic deboxer and frame lifter, an automatic uncapper with heated knives on a 2m tank, the HOR-60 horizontal extractor, a screw press wax-honey separator, a 160L heated filter tank and a honey pump rated at 40 to 60L per minute. Already have a frame lifter or pump? Those items can be left out for a revised price. The MINI-Line honey extracting line suits small to medium operations and leaves the extractor to you. It supplies a semi-automatic uncapper with heated knives, a 50kg per hour wax press, a 1m drip tray, a heated honey sump, a pump and a 25-frame stand; the uncapping triangle is not included.
Pair the MINI-Line with a Königin radial extractor or an auto self-turning cassette extractor matched to the uncapper, and this honey extraction line comfortably handles 10–12 hive bodies per hour, with a second extractor and operator adding up to 50%. Let the honey settle in Königin honey tanks before packing.
