Complete filling station, where the DANA api MATIC 2000+ and an automatic filling table (70 cm) are combined into one unit.
Empty jars are placed on the table top and then transported automatically to a . Once the wire switch hits the jar, the table stops and the filling machine starts filling the jar. Once the jar is filled the table starts turning again until the next jar arrives the wire switch. The rail is very easy to adjust to different jars sizes.
In this unit, the filling machine is mounted on wheels and can be adjusted both horizontally and vertically to accommodate various jar sizes.
With this station you can easily fill around 800 jars (500g) per hour. Many different jar sizes can be filled with this setup.
This product needs to be assembled before use.
An assembly manual is included, and assembly typically takes about 30 minutes.
